Next to her work as a solo artist, curator and writer Elisa Pesapane has also contributed to a wide range of publications: her own, collabs, contributions and on commission.
Satirical, thematic, historical, cultural drawings, articles, essays, events, covers, books, newspapers, magazines, fashion shows & campaigns, portraits, illustrations.
From 2015 to 2020 she was a regular contributor for satirical, cultural and literary magazine ‘De God van Nederland’, with a two-page drawing that shows her take on the issue’s theme. In which she effortlessly combined (art)history, literature and satire.
In 2021 her debut was published ‘Liefde na Auschwitz’ (‘Love after Auschwitz’ Uitgeverij Zoetzuur), prose but also literary research and biography in one. The book is part of the multidisciplinairy art project ‘Liefde na Auschwitz’ in collaboration with writer Arnon Grunberg.
